Purchase & Deposit Process
To be put on a little list you must have a phone interview before your deposit is accepted. We have found that this process helps us to get you on the litter list with the pups most suited to what you are looking for.
Galena Goldendoodles reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy.
Breeder reserves the right to take the #1 and #2 spots on every litter.
If you are starting the purchase process after the litter is born, you will be required to put down the amount due at the time according to our deposit process.
IA Sales Tax to be included on every purchase.
We offer delivery when possible for an extra charge.

$100 master list Deposit
Payable by cash, check or paypal
$100 deposit is required to be put on the master list.
This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to future litters.

$300 birth DEPOSIT
Payable by cash, check or paypal
$300 deposit is required within 48 hours of notification of the puppies being born, to be put on the litter list. Without this deposit, you will remain on the master list.

$300 6 week deposit
Payable by cash, check or paypal
$300 deposit is due when you pick out the puppy that will be yours at 5 to 6 weeks age.
At this point you have a total deposit down of $700. This deposit is now non-refundable as it's so close to pickup time and because of the time and work spent towards this sale . If you back out at this time your name can go back on the master list and you will lose $200 of your $700 deposit . The remaining $500 will be held as a deposit for a future litter. It is non-refundable

Remaining balance due
Payable by cash on pickup, PayPal 3 days prior to pick up, Check 14 days before pickup.
The remaining balance plus Iowa sales tax is due at pickup.
There will be 5 days to pick up the puppy. Iowa law states a 7 week age for pickup.
Breeder will inform the buyer of those days at least 2 weeks prior to pickup.
The breeder is not able keep the puppies after this time.
